Sinopsis Indonesia:Takamiya Naho, gadis SMA berumur 16 tahun yang baru saja mendapat surat dari dirinya yang ada di masa depan. Di surat itu tertulis bahwa, sepuluh tahun yang akan datang dirinya memiliki banyak penyesalan karena keputusan-keputusan yang telah dibuatnya di masa lalu. Dalam surat itu juga tertulis bahwa, di masa depan Naruse Kakeru tak kan lagi bersamanya. Untuk mencegah penyesalan di masa depan, Naho masa depan memintanya untuk menjaga Kakeru agar dia tak menghilang dari kehidupan Naho.
Sinopsis Inggris :Takamiya Naho, 16-year-old high school girl who just got a letter from him in the future. In the letter written that, ten years to come he has a lot of regrets because of the decisions that have been made in the past. In the letter it was also written that, in the future the Naruse Kakeru no longer with him. To prevent the regret in the future, the future Naho asked him to keep Kakeru so he did not disappear from the life of Naho.
